Our lead generation services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis. A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Provided accurate and verifiable contact information
• Meets the specified criteria for business size, industry, or budget requirements
• Has responded to our initial outreach efforts

4. Payment Terms

Payment for lead generation services is due upon delivery of qualified leads. Pricing varies by advertising channel and targeting complexity as outlined in our pricing page. All payments are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our quality guarantee.

5. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our leads according to the qualification criteria outlined above. If a delivered lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a full refund for that specific lead.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their target market and ideal customer profile
• Responding to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Providing feedback on lead quality to help optimize campaigns
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our AI algorithms, methodologies, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Nymphisland. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their business purposes only.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business data. We will not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nymphisland's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and access to our services will be discontinued.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
